Our company arose from a market need for the production of trays for concrete block machines (wooden boards for block-making machines, hollow blocks, paving stones, curbs and all kinds of special concrete pieces).
Since then, we have experienced constant evolution and growth in the production of trays for prefabricated products, both nationally and internationally.
We export our products to more than 40 countries in Europe, America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Our extensive experience of over 50 years in this sector has led us to evolve our trays into a robust and durable product.
MIGAMAD (named after its creator and current president Miguel Gallego López) had its beginnings in facilities of about 1500 square meters in the town of Portomarin (Lugo).
Currently, MIGAMAD, a manufacturer of trays for concrete blocks, has facilities of 40,000 square meters, of which 8,000 square meters are dedicated to the manufacture and storage of the trays.
We currently have a fully automated factory that allows us to achieve high production while reducing manufacturing costs, resulting in high quality at the most competitive price.

Autoclave Treatment
All wooden trays can be treated in an autoclave. The process, broadly speaking, consists of injecting chemical substances, such as copper salts, into the wood cells using vacuum techniques.
This gives the tray the following characteristics:
• Maximum resistance and durability against rot and wood-boring insects.
• Recommended for countries with high ambient humidity.
• Greater hardness and weight of the tray.
• Green color finish generated by mineral salts.
Solid Surface Tray - Technical Characteristics
Special polyurethane tray for precast concrete industries. Made with select wood and coated with high-quality polyurethane, with C-shaped metal reinforcements.
• Greater rigidity and impact resistance.
• Greater resistance to erosion and wear.
• Resistant to high and low temperatures.
• Washable and waterproof.
Atlantic Tray - Technical Characteristics
Standard stackable wooden tray. Made with selected "maritime pine" wood (P. pinaster ssp atlantica).
• Double high-strength assembly system using 10 cm interlocking beams (Internal Skeleton).
• Galvanized metal reinforcements with "C" profile.
• Calibration and sanding of both surfaces.
• Walnut color finish.
Atlantic Cross Tray - Technical Characteristics
Standard stackable wooden tray with transverse screws DIM 10, along with washers and self-locking nuts hidden within the edge, providing greater stability.
Milano Tray - Technical Characteristics
High strength assembly system using double dovetail joints and D3 glue. Only manufacturer adding chemical adhesive to the dovetail system.

Autoclave Treatment Risk 4
The autoclave is a hermetically sealed metal container for high-pressure treatment. It improves wood resistance to rot and biological agents. Visually, the trays take on a greenish hue. Density: 600kg/m3 to 950 kg/m3.
